Eleven outbound checks. One Outlook add-in.

Every check runs in parallel at compose-time, returns clean / warn / block, and is independently licensable per tenant. Ten are free for teams under 25. The AI grammar module is a metered add-on, billed per check.

external_check

Recipients outside your accepted domains

Per-tenant accepted-domain list. Any outbound email with a recipient outside that list surfaces a warning at send time, with one-click confirm or override-with-justification.

domain_typo_check

Typosquatted domains (gmial.com → gmail.com)

Levenshtein-distance matching against a domain reputation list. Catches the wrong-letter and homoglyph mistakes that bypass the human eye and the spell-checker.

mixed_domains

Multiple external domains in one message

Flags emails where two or more unrelated external domains share the To/Cc lines — a strong indicator of an accidental cross-customer leak.

consumer_vs_corporate

Consumer addresses in corporate context

Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com and other consumer providers detected when the message is otherwise corporate. Surfaces the "I sent it to my personal account by mistake" pattern.

attachments_confirm

Missing or oversized attachments

Keyword cues ("see attached", "report inside") combined with AI intent analysis to catch the empty-promise email. Also flags files that exceed your tenant size policy.

pii_scan

PII and secrets in the body or attachments

Eight built-in patterns: SSN, credit card, AWS keys, private keys, API keys, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers. Custom regex patterns supported per-tenant. ReDoS-protected with safe-regex2.

grammar_spell
ai · metered

AI grammar and spelling, on every send

AI-powered proofreading that catches typos, broken punctuation, and awkward phrasing — and respects valid-pattern exceptions (legal jargon, brand names) you configure. Confidential by design: no training on your data, no logging of email contents. Metered AI add-on, charged per check.

reply_all_protection

Reply-all to many recipients

Threshold-based warning when a reply-all reaches a configurable number of recipients. Stops the "30 people just got my Friday rant" moment.

bcc_protection

BCC privacy when To/Cc gets long

Detects external newsletter or announcement patterns where recipients should be moved to BCC for privacy and suggests the correction inline.

vip_alert

VIP recipient alerts

Tenant-defined VIP list (executives, board, key customers). Sender gets an inline reminder that the recipient is a VIP before send — including tone hints when paired with grammar_spell.
